This was my third time working with Tommye, and once again, I've been overwhelmingly pleased with the entire experience. She helped me buy my first home 5 years ago which was absolutely perfect for a young professional in the heart of Crieve Hall. When we then relocated to Atlanta, Tommye was able to use her considerable network to sell that house prior to listing, saving us time and trouble of staging and showing the home. Just 23 months later, we decided to move back to Nashville. Tommye, of course, was our first call! We had very specific requirements (4 bdr, space for a home studio, tolerable commute to downtown, large lot with trees, strict budget, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms) - an affordable dream house - impossible to find in this seller's market, but Tommye didn't back down from the challenge. She was encouraging and enthusiastic, showing us 31 houses during our 2 quick trips to town from Georgia. This weekend we moved into a house that meets every one of our requirements. My husband and I just keep looking at each other and shaking out heads in disbelief at how perfect this place will be to raise a family and grow our careers. Tommye is our lucky charm!

I've worked with Tommye on several real estate transactions over the last 15 years. My wife and I used Tommye when we were just 24 years old and looking to buy our first house. We used Tommye again when we were looking to move into a bigger house several years later. When I wanted to start investing in real estate (rental properties, house flip, etc.) my first call yet again was to Tommye. Each time, we keep going back to Tommye without hesitation for her expertise and extensive knowledge of the Nashville and Middle Tennessee Real estate market. Whenever I am looking to buy real estate, I seek Tommye out as an adviser because I trust and value her opinion, ability, and hard work to lead the real estate transaction and it's many details from start to finish.

My fiancee and I were tasked with selling her Nashville house while she was working in Shanghai China. We can't thank Tommye Thompson enough for her help with pulling sale this off. Her experience at every turn save us both time and sanity in this deal. Tommye is a plethora of knowledge in the reality market of Nashville. She helped us with resources from home inspectors to house cleaning crews. She took the off hours time to Skype to Shanghai to coordinate with my fiancee valuable information about the sales process and to review a sales plan.
